Started in 1957, the Abel, Bishop, and Clarke Realty Company (ABC Management) has over 60 years of experience managing our own portfolio (Orlean Company), and the portfolios of our trusted partners.

As both an owner and manager, ABC Management understands balancing a property’s needs with the goals of ownership. We specialize in residential and commercial property management including but not limited to: Affordable Housing (Section 8/tax credit), Senior Living, Student Housing, Conventional Market Rate Housing, and Retail and Commercial Property Management.

The Orlean Construction team is well versed in all aspects of General Contracting and Construction Management. Having served as an owner/developer on over 40 projects, The Orlean Construction team understands what it is like to be sitting in the seat of an owner when unwanted surprises come up during construction. We are a solution-based company that will help ownership make quick effective decisions that will solve problems in the swiftest and most affordable way possible. The Orlean Construction team is capable of serving in the capacity of General Contractor, Construction Manager, and Owners Representative. The Orlean Construction team is currently overseeing the construction of high-end semi-custom duplex homes, restaurant and retail out lots, and multifamily garden-style apartment units. Orlean Construction has also built multifamily condominiums and single-family homes among many other residential and retail-based projects.
