REAC
The Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) is tasked with improving the quality of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) housing through physical inspections, analysis of the financial soundness, and assessment of the management and operations. ABC Management is fully versed in all aspects of preparing for the REAC inspection and consistently receives outstanding scores on various HUD properties in its portfolio. ABC’s REAC team consists of seasoned veterans in the fields of maintenance and compliance who are available on a roving basis to prepare properties for their upcoming HUD REAC.
